Brand Activation Tracking - We have
the sole patent right to use Actitrack®.
This is a tool specially designed to track brand activations all
through the process and therefore help our Clients to see their
ROI at a glance of the results. For us measuring brand activation
is basically measuring the brand building effect. The measure
will cover all activation objectives / KPIs and so as to obtain
understanding into the effectiveness or therwise of the activation;
i.e., to understand how the campaign is working and the impact.
Consumer Habit & Behaviour Change Studies - This is
one of our key areas of competences, which we pride ourselves
in. We have consumer behavioural psychologists on ground who handle

Consumer Product Testing - Reliant
Research & Resources Consulting goes beyond the traditional
consumer-product-usage method. We use all our product test projects
as opportunities to add value to our Clients. We go the extra
miles to dig deep and obtain qualitative information and insights
that add value to our Client’s businesses. Our
experienced field staffs conduct intensive screening of consumers
to ensure that quality and appropriate respondents with excellent
sensory competences, participate in testing of our Clients’
products. This Consumer Product Testing services is basically
executed to support product improvement, product rationalization
and new product innovation. It is primarily done with final products
and with prototypes or samples still within the innovation chain.
Trade Channel Tracking - TCM®
is an exclusive and proprietary tool of Reliant Research &
Resources used in retail trade tracking and measurement. This
tool focuses on fast moving consumer goods (fcmg) and presently
in 3 key commercial regions in Nigeria, i.e. Lagos, Aba and Kano,
however with the plan to expand the locations to 6 by first quarter
of 2008 . The tool reports market shares, stock holdings, shoppers’
off-take rates etc.
Concept & Idea Development - Consumer Clinic and qualitative
group discussion are some of the tools used to deliver Concept
& Idea Development research for our Clients. We assist our
Clients at pre-idea stage by gathering information from the consumer
and trade. We conduct idea generation sessions in which insights
are elicited, we evaluate and screen the ideas and concept and
support Clients to move them on to actual development stage. We
assist our Clients to come up with break through ideas.
New Market Development Analysis - Studies in this field
of research is one of the areas which we can also boldly claim

Advertising Research - We carry out
ad research from the concept test level to the point of flighting
the campaign. We assist our Clients to understand how the communication
is functioning and delivering the required communication objectives
and consumer understanding of the content. We test the execution
of the ad creative message and establish how well it will catch
attention, the level of branding and capability of communicating
the key message of the ad. From our ad test we also provide results
and information that will indicate how the advert could be further

- Reliant Research & Resources offers our Clients with a
flexible, customized and timely alternative to the traditional
omnibus. This service does not wait for the bus to be filled
up before take-off. It provides the Client with faster turnaround
timing and cost effective results. Just like the traditional
taxi; it is convenient, it takes you to where you want, how
you want to get there and at a very short time.
Clients
do not need to wait for the monthly timetable for fieldwork
as in the traditional omnibus; rather the Omnitaxi® takes
individual Clients to suit her needs and convenience. Client
is allowed to make her choice in terms of sample size, choice
of questions, sample profile, timing and deliverables.
